Clayton Austin Photography Review

5 Oct

I’ve noticed that Clayton is strategically trying to post his own reviews online so that it can drown out the rest of our voices. Well Clayton, the way you continue to carry on treating clients, for every one blog you post, there will eventually be 10 of us.

Recommendations directly to Clayton Austin (Clayton Melton of Clayton Austin Love Stories Photography)

1. Stop lying to your clients. Your insane lies only look stupid. You obviously think the rest of us are that dumb to believe them. Try telling the truth.

2. Get over yourself. You may be the most sought after photographer in wedding photography right now, but if you continue to treat clients the way you do, you’ll be out of business very soon. Someone needs to humble you, because clearly you don’t have an inkling of what humility is. Your arrogance online speaks volumes.

3. Return phone calls, e-mails, texts. You clearly have never been taught a lesson in the world of customer service. Just because you ignore us does not mean we will go away.

Thank You For The Comments! Keep ‘em Coming!

Thank you all for sending me messages and comments. I think it is pretty clear that Clayton Austin, the self professed “Michael Moore of Wedding Photography” (seriously?!) obviously is completely ignorant to customer service.

To those who are actually thinking of hiring Clayton Austin–consider yourselves blessed to have found this blog (among others on the internet), showing the horrendous photographer/client experience relating to Clayton Melton of Clayton Austin Photoraphy. If only I had known to do my own personal research, I would have wedding photos today–that which I have NONE.

Clayton, I know you are reading this because you have Google Analytics, and you happen to read every negative review that pops up on your computer. Try returning phone calls, e-mails, texts in a timely manner. Try respecting clients enough to answer all of their questions. Try not to lie with completely ludicrous and asinine excuses to hold up the process. It actually might help your business, and your reputation. I get that you’re in high demand, and that people all over are swooning over your work, but this is me attempting to protect future clients and innocent people who just want amazing photos, and even better customer service. The way you disrespect others with your high and mighty arrogance will most definitely come back to bite you in the *ss.

Clayton Austin Photography Review: This blog title speaks for itself. I hope that you realize it’s in your best interest to not hire someone with such little regard to his clients after the most memorable day of their life.
